LEAPING BUNNY CERTIFIED

All of our handmade products are "Leaping Bunny Certified".  The Leaping Bunny is an internationally-recognized certification for cosmetics, personal care and household product brands which are not tested on animals.  Cruelty-free.

ORDER PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. The customer will be charged for the entire amount of the order plus shipping fees. 

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.   Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

Please be patient with shipping times for your order.

US - all items  are shipped USPS Priority mail with 3 - 7 business days delivery times. 

 

International - all items are shipped USPS Priority mail with 7 - 21 business days delivery times.  The customer is responsible for customs and taxes.

 

Holiday office closings and weekends are not business days and should not be included in shipping time frames. 

 

Please keep in mind that products ordered during holiday or promotional sales may carry increased shipping times. We recommend ordering far in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

SHIPPING METHOD

Please be sure to check the address information you are submitting with your order. Incorrect addresses can greatly delay or prohibit package deliveries.  Orders will not be shipped to shipping addresses that differ from customer's verified PayPal billing address.  Orders are shipped with signature confirmation.

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. All You Cosmetics reserves the right to change the delivery carrier/method to a comparable selection. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

 

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.  

 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.  

 

Tracking #s are sent to the email that was used when the order was placed.  Make sure to check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us if no tracking number was received.

 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
